Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a match with their preferences and requirements.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify property listings and grasp market dynamics.
- Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and resolving any client inquiries.
- Facilitate communication between property buyers and sellers to guarantee a seamless transaction process.
- Execute any documentation needed for the onboarding of the property.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in a similar role.
- A university degree, preferably in a related to the Real Estate field is a plus.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
