Ararat Signature Collection is seeking passionate and skilled Spa Therapists to join our luxurious wellness team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional spa treatments that enhance relaxation and well-being, ensuring our guests receive a world-class spa experience. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.

Lead and train the service team, fostering a professional and motivated work environment.

Maintain high service standards by overseeing food and beverage quality, presentation, and timing.

Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff.

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.

Uphold hygiene, health, and safety regulations, ensuring full compliance with hospitality standards.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter, or similar role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor.

A passion for gastronomy, fine dining, and exceptional guest service.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
