Job Purpose

The Bar/Restaurant Waiter (Seasonal) will provide exceptional service to guests in the hotel’s restaurant and bar areas. They will ensure a smooth and efficient operation by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

Duties & Responsibilities

✔ Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and escort them to their table or bar area.
✔ Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
✔ Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing attentive service.
✔ Assist guests with menu choices and provide recommendations when necessary.
✔ Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
✔ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the bar or restaurant area.
✔ Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns or complaints professionally.
✔ Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
✔ Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

✔ Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
✔ Must speak and write English well.
