About the Role As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks in a fast-paced, luxurious setting. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional bar experience that reflects the standards and elegance of our hotel. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will contribute to memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, and serve beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience at the bar.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, and ensure that stock levels are consistently maintained.
• Collaborate with other bar staff and restaurant teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including alcohol service guidelines.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests, offering drink recommendations, and engaging in friendly conversation.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and any complaints professionally and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Certification or relevant training in bartending or mixology is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine; strong customer service skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage.
• Energetic, friendly, and passionate about mixology and delivering excellent service.
• Well-groomed and able to maintain a high standard of appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
