Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the opening and operations of our brand-new hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a renowned international brand and shape the success of a new property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day management and exceptional guest experiences.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals to consistently achieve operational excellence.

  • Manage financials, including budgeting, cost control, and driving revenue growth.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations while upholding the high standards of Brown Hills Hotels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, business partners, and the local community.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve service quality, ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable stay.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel management, with a strong background in operations.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong financial skills, with experience in budgeting and driving profitability.

  • Willingness to relocate or already residing in Paphos, Cyprus.
