Confectionery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running of the confectionery shop while maintaining all quality and service standards
• Ensure high and positive motivation of the team to achieve high results
• Organise the efficient working of staff with a focus on high levels of customer service
• Oversee cash discipline and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Controlling the updating of the seasonal menu
• Checking stock levels and ordering products in good time to avoid shortages, with emphasis on quality control of raw materials
• Conflict resolution and crisis management
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of ideas for the realization of projects

Requirements:

• Team management experience (at least 1 year) 
• Willingness to deliver a high standard of quality and an understanding of the premium format 
• High skills in organizing and managing staff, understanding of teamwork
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work quickly in an evolving dynamic environment
• Creativity and ability to come up with innovative ideas for the business
