Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our customers, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and ensuring excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow recipes and prepare food according to the menu, ensuring the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
  • Maintain kitchen inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure food items are stored properly to prevent waste.
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation, efficient preparation, and timely delivery of meals.
  • Ensure all cooking equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Prepare food that meets customer expectations and handle special dietary requests.
  •  Ensure dishes are cooked to order and served at the correct temperature and portion size.
  •  Suggest new dishes and work with the head chef to update menus or special offerings.
  • Dispose of food waste according to the established protocols and minimize waste by preparing proper portion sizes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • EU citizenship or work permit.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and team skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
  • Creativity in preparing and presenting food.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
