Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen (varies depending on role)
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety standards
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and guests’ special requests
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations at all times
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
