Job Description

About Us:

At LPM Restaurant & Bar, we're renowned for our commitment to excellence and impeccable service. We are delighted to introduce the position of Demi Chef de Partie.

PURPOSE OF DUTY

To support the Chef De Partie on preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in the assigned section following LPM standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Culinary Arts Certificate or related hospitality qualification
  • Basic food hygiene certificate

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the culinary field
  • Previous successful experience in similar position
