JOB PURPOSE:
The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive outstanding service from the moment of arrival until departure. This role involves welcoming guests, addressing their needs, handling complaints efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional experience in accordance with the hotel’s policies, procedures, and standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
· To establish and maintain positive relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and needs.
· To handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, providing suitable solutions.
· To ensure that all guest requests are followed up and executed in a timely manner.
· To work closely with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and special requests.
· To promote hotel services, amenities, and special promotions to enhance the guest experience.
· To collect and analyze guest feedback, using it to improve service quality.
· To maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, upholding the hotel's high standards.
· To provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes when required.
· To ensure all actions, duties, and procedures are carried out efficiently and professionally.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
1. Graduate of a hospitality-related secondary school or relevant vocational training.
2. Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
3. At least one year of experience in a similar role.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
6. Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming personality.
7. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
