Objective Description for a Front Office Manager

A 5* hotel in Limassol is highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate must have Greek or Cypriot nationality and will possess exceptional leadership skills, a guest-centric approach, and the ability to oversee the front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all front office functions, including reception, concierge, and reservations.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory, pricing strategies, and occupancy to optimize revenue.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for front office operations to maintain compliance with hotel standards.
  • Oversee financial transactions at the front desk, including cash handling and billing accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Greek Language is a must
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment, preferably a 5-star property.
  • Greek or Cypriot nationality (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front office software.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • A guest-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
