HEAD CHEF - EU CITIZEN

We are seeking a seasoned Head Chef to lead one of our International Branded Restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with a high-end international brand, with at least 5+ locations in EMEA or the US, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a high-performing and motivated team culture.
• Oversee financial performance, including food cost management, payroll, and contributing to the overall GOP of the restaurant.
• Collaborate closely with the hotel's departments and the brand's head office, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to brand standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within an international brand.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent financial acumen, with a focus on cost control and profitability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language. Any other language will be considered an advantage.
