About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and refreshments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas, hallways, and service spaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant department.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored safely and correctly.
• Uphold the hotel's 5-star standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
• Provide friendly and discreet service to guests, respecting their privacy.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a housekeeper, ideally in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Basic knowledge of English and Greek; additional languages are an advantage.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
