Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a motivated and results-oriented person for the position of an Inside Sales Assistant to join our team in Larnaca. The position is focused with customers within the Electrical and Electronics Distribution Industry.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing customer relations, from handling inquiries and processing orders to researching customer requests and exploring new business opportunities. This role involves working closely with customers and suppliers, maintaining accurate databases, and providing reports on sales activities.

Responsibilities

·       Research and identify suitable products based on customer requests

·       Prepare and deliver accurate quotations based on customer requirements.

·       Handle and register customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment

·       Update and maintain databases for customer requests, orders, and other key information

·       Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing support

·       Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

·       Proactively explore new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage daily workload

Requirements

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

·       Proficient in Greek and English (both written and verbal; additional languages will be considered an advantage)

·       Dynamic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills

·       Proactive attitude, teamwork, adaptability and resilience

·       Experience in a sales or customer service role will be considered an advantage

·       University degree will be considered an advantage

·       Knowledge of electrical and electronics products will be considered an advantage
