Kitchen Assistant - Job Description:

A 5* hotel in Limassol is currently looking for kitchen Assistant tjat will focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in their professional kitchen. 

About the Role

As a Kitchen Assistant, your main responsibility will be to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic. You will support the chefs by ensuring all workstations, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware, ensuring they are ready for use.
• Maintain hygiene in food storage and preparation areas.
• Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen tidy.
• Assist with basic food preparation, such as washing and peeling vegetables.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in kitchen cleaning or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hardworking, reliable, and a team player.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
