Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Lead Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is executed to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget. The Lead Project Manager will also mentor and guide project teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the management of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery in line with scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, coordinators, and support staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop project strategies and execution plans, aligning them with the company’s overall objectives and ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for senior management, clients, and other key stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are utilized efficiently and that projects remain within allocated budgets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software.
    PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with knowledge of Greek or Russian considered a plus.
