Job Title: Marketing Officer
Job Summary: The Marketing Officer will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various teams to boost brand awareness and achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media strategies.
- Develop compelling marketing content such as brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Organize and manage marketing events, product launches, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
- Work closely with the sales team, design team, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website updates, SEO/SEM strategies, and email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective campaign delivery.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
- Develop strategies for enhancing customer interaction and satisfaction through targeted marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
- Citizenship: Must be a Cypriot or EU citizen.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Greek is a MUST (both spoken and written); knowledge of English or other languages is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools)
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
