As a Pool Boy, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the pool area, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring their poolside experience is enjoyable and relaxing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels.
• Assist guests with setting up sun loungers and umbrellas, providing towels, and addressing any poolside requests.
• Monitor pool safety and report any issues or hazards immediately.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the pool and surrounding areas are in excellent condition.
• Provide friendly and professional service, contributing to a positive guest experience.
• Uphold the hotel's 5-star standards of cleanliness and service at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role or in hospitality is an advantage.
•  Strong customer service skills with a positive and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving furniture.
• Basic knowledge of English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under the sun for extended periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
