Project Manager   (VAC-J3193)

Our client, a Real Estate Development Company, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the design and implementation of a real estate development project based in Nicosia. This key role involves ensuring that projects are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, are executed efficiently, and achieve their intended business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of real estate development and construction processes, with a hands-on approach to project implementation. The Project Manager will be reporting directly to the CEO

Responsibilities: 

Strategic Project Leadership
Lead and oversee the design and implementation of real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure seamless execution.

Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, municipal authorities, and investors, to ensure project milestones are met.
Act as the primary liaison to maintain clear communication, alignment, and prompt resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting and Financial Oversight
Develop comprehensive reports for the Board presenting the updated project status , including project timelines, financial analyses, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and ensure optimal financial performance while maintaining quality standards.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure clear and effective communication of technical issues. 

Execution and Implementation
Manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring all phases, from feasibility studies and design to construction and delivery, are executed effectively.
Translate project goals into actionable tasks, assigning clear responsibilities to team members and monitoring progress closely.
Establish implementation workflows to streamline communication between teams, minimize bottlenecks, and ensure timely decision-making.
Oversee procurement of materials, contractor engagement, and resource management to maintain project momentum.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, regulatory compliance, and safety standards during the implementation phase.

Risk and Compliance Management
Identify potential risks during implementation and develop actionable mitigation plans to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering.
Master’s degree in business administration (desirable),  Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Minimum of  12-15 years of experience managing real estate development or construction projects, with a strong focus on implementation processes.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into actionable implementation plans.

Must be fluent in Greek and English
