• Description
  We are seeking a talented Real Estate and Construction Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cyprus Real Estate and Construction law and regulations, coupled with exceptional legal skills.
  
  Requirements
• Law degree from Cyprus University.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus Real Estate and Construction law and regulations.
• Membership in the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Valid advocate license.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conducting due diligence checks on real estate for investment purposes.
• Drafting sale agreements for premises and land plots in Limassol.
• Filing documents with the Land Registry.
• Providing legal assistance in obtaining permits and licenses for building and construction purposes.
• Drafting agreements with contractors.
• Preparing minutes of meetings and other necessary documents for the residents' committee of apartment houses.
• Handling eviction proceedings of tenants.
• Conducting pre-court claim work with contractors and debtors.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate litigation.
• Russian language proficiency.
• Strong negotiation skills.
