About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact the guests, ensuring their stay begins and ends on a positive note. You’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations while delivering exceptional service in line with our 5-star standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage check-in, check-out, and reservation processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests, offering accurate information about the hotel and local area.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and with a focus on satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk area.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel setting.
• Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages (e.g., Russian or German) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
