Receptionist – St. Raphael Resort & Marina
St. Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for a new associate for the position of Receptionist to grow with us.
Job Overview
The Receptionist will handle guest arrivals and departures and ensure the smooth running of the Reception in the most efficient and effective manner. He/she will deliver the highest possible standards of service to all guests, from their arrival until the minute they depart. Additionally, the Receptionist will be proactive in maintaining and/or improving the department’s profitability in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
Main Responsibilities & Duties

To project a positive, professional, and friendly image to guests and team members.

To ensure a safe workplace by identifying hazards, taking corrective action, and instructing employees on safe work practices.

To carry out all actions, duties, and opening/closing procedures according to pre-set guidelines.

To keep the workstation well-organized and neat.

To demonstrate thorough knowledge and ability in executing all required daily Front Office tasks and guest journey procedures.

To understand all room and floor layouts, package combinations, services, and the presentation of all products and facilities available.

To welcome and greet guests at the resort.

To handle special requests for guests before their arrival, supervise the state and readiness of arrival rooms, and ensure a smooth welcome process.

To anticipate guest needs, inform other departments, and respond quickly to ensure maximum satisfaction.

To report any incidents, observations, or developments affecting guests, the resort’s activities, or the role to superiors.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Must speak and write Greek and English fluently. Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.

Minimum of two years’ experience in the hospitality industry.

Experience with hotel reservations software.

Understanding of travel planning websites such as Booking.com and TripAdvisor.

Proven experience as a Receptionist in a 5-star hotel or resort.

EU passport holder (essential).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
