We are currently hiring for the following position:

Receptionists:
Be the welcoming face of our 5-star resort! We’re looking for receptionists who are friendly, detail-oriented, and can provide a warm and professional greeting to our guests.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
• Fluent in Greek and English; knowledge of a third language (preferably Russian or German) will be considered a significant advantage
• Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Provide concierge services and assist guests with any requests or inquiries
• Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
