Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flow
- Quality control of service and work with guests
- Create work schedules that align with the restaurant’s needs
- Participation in the training and motivation of staff
- Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property
- Introduction of cash discipline
- Auditing inventory levels to ensure product availability, and ordering products as necessary
- Solving conflict situations
Requirements:
- Good command of English (Russian will be a plus)
- Ability to manage staff, understanding of teamwork
- Knowledge of the principles of the restaurant, service standards
- Problem-solving skill
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage
Will be a plus:
- Permit to work in Cyprus
