Job Opening: Sous-Chef (Cook & Butcher)
We are currently looking for a Sous-Chef with strong experience in meat preparation, ideally someone who has worked in a meat-focused restaurant or has a background as a butcher. If such a candidate is not available, we are also open to hiring a highly skilled cook with solid kitchen experience and passion for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation

• Specialize in meat preparation: cutting, marinating, cooking to perfection

• Ensure all dishes meet high standards of taste, quality, and presentation

• Support with butchery tasks, meat storage, and portion control

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas

• Help train and guide junior kitchen staff

• Work efficiently during busy hours and collaborate with the team

• Participate in menu development and daily specials

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a sous-chef, cook, or butcher in a restaurant

• Strong knowledge of meat handling and preparation techniques

• Experience in Mediterranean or European cuisine is a plus

• Good teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure

• Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations

• Knowledge of Russian language is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or certification in cooking or butchery

• Background in high-end or fast-paced restaurants

• Leadership skills and a willingness to grow in the role
