About the Role

As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the spa, ensuring smooth operations, delivering an exceptional client experience, and driving business success. You will lead a team of spa professionals, develop new treatments and services, and maintain a welcoming, relaxing, and luxurious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
• Manage and lead the spa team, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Develop and implement spa treatment menus, promotions, and wellness programs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing experience for all clients.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Monitor spa performance, analyze revenue, and work on strategies to increase profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining spa equipment.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and special offers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager in a high-end spa, hotel, or wellness center.
• Fluent in Russian and English (Greek is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, revenue targets, and operational costs.
