St. Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Cook to join our team and grow with us.

Job Overview

The Continental Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes from continental cuisine, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. He/she will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations while following food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all food items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Assist in menu planning and contribute to the development of new dishes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Follow all kitchen policies and procedures to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Continental Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Fluency in Greek or English (additional languages are a plus).
  • EU passport holder (essential).
