JOB PURPOSE
The Thai Masseur will be responsible for delivering high-quality traditional Thai massage and other therapeutic treatments to guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The role includes assessing guests' needs, recommending suitable treatments, and maintaining a serene and professional spa environment in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To perform traditional Thai massages, as well as other massage therapies and spa treatments, in a professional and relaxing manner.

• To assess guests’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their preferences and physical condition.

• To ensure that all treatments are carried out safely and effectively while maintaining the highest hygiene and service standards.

• To create a welcoming and soothing environment for guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation.

• To provide guests with aftercare advice and recommendations for further treatments if necessary.

• To maintain cleanliness and organization of massage rooms and spa facilities.

• To handle guest inquiries and provide information about spa services and wellness programs.

• To collaborate with other spa and hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• To keep up to date with new massage techniques and wellness trends.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

1. Certified training in traditional Thai massage from a recognized institution.

2. At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel setting.

3. Good knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

4. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

5. Ability to create a relaxing and professional atmosphere for guests.

6. Knowledge of various massage techniques and holistic therapies.

7. Excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards.

8. Ability to work in a team and maintain a high level of professionalism.

9. A friendly and calm demeanor with a passion for wellness and hospitality.
