Job Description

Our client, an online casino in Limassol, is looking to hire a VIP Agent, who will be the dedicated point of contact for our high-value players, providing personalized assistance and ensuring top-level satisfaction. While English is the primary language, Turkish language skills are a plus, given our worldwide reach.

Responsibilities:
VIP Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong connections with VIP players, offering tailored support and exclusive promotions.
Account Oversight: Monitor VIP activity to address needs proactively, ensuring high retention and engagement.

Requirements:
Previous experience managing VIP or high-net-worth clients, ideally in online casinos or a related area.
Fluent in English; Turkish language is an added advantage.
Proven ability to provide top-tier customer service and foster loyalty.
Capable of balancing multiple VIP requests while maintaining accuracy.
EU-citizenship
Ability to work full-time on-site in Limassol.

Working hours:
The working hours are 9am – 6pm (onsite role)
