Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and professional Waiter A' to join our team at Dasoudi Restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, experience in high-quality dining environments, and the ability to manage their section efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy in communication with the kitchen and bar.
• Recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Supervise and assist Waiter B' staff when needed.
• Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and maintained throughout service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any service issues professionally.
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, preferably in Mediterranean cuisine.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior waitstaff.
• Good knowledge of English (Greek or other languages will be a plus).
• Professional and well-groomed appearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants.
• Knowledge of additional languages (Greek, Russian, etc.).
• Familiarity with POS systems and order management.
