Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter B' to join our team at Dasoudi Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in serving guests, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly while ensuring high-quality service.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set up, and well-maintained throughout service.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant for service, including setting tables and checking inventory.
• Handle customer requests and resolve minor issues efficiently.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure excellent service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English skills (additional languages will be considered a plus).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Mediterranean restaurant.
• Knowledge of additional languages (Greek, Russian, etc.).
• Ability to handle POS systems and process payments.
