About the Role As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience that reflects the elegance and standards of our luxury hotel. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables, offering menus and explaining specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that guests’ needs are met promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional service at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer recommendations or solutions to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a polished presentation at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Relevant hospitality or service training is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage.
• Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Well-groomed and able to maintain a high standard of appearance.
•  Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
