Job Description
Our client, a well-known group of companies that offer services across five inter-connected industries, Maritime, Business, Travel, Property and Environment, is looking to hire a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor.
The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to support and oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating logistics to meet delivery schedules efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating warehouse operations.
Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching goods
Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Supervise and train warehouse staff to optimize productivity and performance.
Support the logistics team in managing transport schedules and ensuring timely deliveries.
Implement and uphold health and safety standards within the warehouse.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges.
Enforce health and safety protocols within the warehouse.
Coasting and invoicing for warehouse operations
Address and resolve any operational issues or delays.
Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics planning.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Limassol warehouse (Trachoni).
Working hours:
Working Hours: 8:00-17:00 with 1 hour lunch break.
Benefits:
2000-2500 Gross + discretionary bonus based on performance, medical plan, trainings
